Chopped garlic – 4
Cloves – 4
Dried oregano – 1 tsp
Dried basil – 1 tsp
Fresh parsley – 2 tsp
pitted and chopped black olives – 1 cup

1. To start with, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and olivers are combined. Salt and pepper are added to taste.

2. A 13×9 inch baking dish is used to heat olive oil at 425°F for about 5 minutes. The olive mixture is evenly spread over the bottom of the baking dish. On top of it, fillets are placed carefully and white wine is poured over top of fillets.

3. Then the baking dish is kept in the oven to bake for 15 minutes or until done.
